The Fund will invest at least 60% of its assets in debt and equity of companies established in Portugal.
The minimum initial subscription amount is €100,000. Golden Visa applicants should invest at least €500,000.
The expected return is 5% per year, net of fees. Recommended minimum investment period of three years. There will be no income distributions (accumulation Fund).

Concentration Limits

Maximum of 65% of the Fund's overall net value in equities, funds or other financial instruments whose underlying assets are equities.

Up to 15% of the Fund’s net asset value in securities and money market instruments issued by the same entity.

The exposure can be increased to 35% if the issuer is a Sovereign State from Europe or an OECD member.
- 4
The Fund will not invest more than 40% of its overall net value in units of a single UCITS fund.
- 5
The Fund will not invest more than 20% of its net asset value in units of a fund that does not qualify as a UCITS.
- 6
All securities which, per issuer, represent more than 10% of the Fund's overall net value may not exceed in aggregate 50% of its value.
